Location: Multiple Cities of Choice in NJ, NY or TX
Duration: 3 Months Contracts with extensions up to 2 years
Hours Per Week: 40 .00
Hours Per Day: 10.00
Days Per Week: 4.00
Weekly Blended: $2600 to $3100
Certifications & Licenses: BLS - AHA & RN Compact License for location
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- Some Hospice Experience - Required
- Valid Driver's License - Required
- BLS MUST be AHA and included in submission - Required
- Covid Vaccine - Required
