Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist
Job Location: St. Louis, MO 63108
Facility: Fertility & Reproductive Medicine Center
Department: Obstetrics and Gynecology - Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility – Ultrasound
Duration: 13 weeks of contract (extendable)
Shift: 08 hrs./day & 40 hrs./ week (Hours will vary between 7 AM-5)
Pay rate: $57/hourly

Education:

• HSD

Certification:

• ARDMS
• BLS

Skills:

• Must have experience doing follicle scans!
• Experience in reproductive medicine would be beneficial.
• Embryo-transfer experience would be preferred.

Responsibilities :

• Performs ultrasound examinations per scanning protocols, correcting patient history with examination and presents study to physician for examination while adhering to patient schedules.
• Assists physicians with procedures, providing sonographic guidance during process, obtains necessary supplies and equipment and monitors patient needs assisting physicians with patient support.
• Maintains documentation as required including patient files, performs data entry and completes paperwork needed for procedures/processes.
• Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
