Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Implementation Coordinator to join our team. The Implementation Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of our products/services for clients and their health plans, ensuring smooth transitions and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing check-ins as needed, and handling all correspondence with data sources and insurance carriers.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • NA

Duties/Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate the implementation of products/services for clients and their health plans, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Schedule check-ins as needed to review progress and address client concerns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all correspondence with data sources and insurance carriers during the implementation process.
  • Mediate the resolution of data and implementation issues as they occur during the data collection process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, proactively addressing any delays or issues that arise.
  • Assist with implementation related tickets using the Zendesk ticketing system.
  • Collaborate on various projects as assigned by the Implementation Manager and the Director of Client Success, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project goals and timelines.
  • Document and maintain detailed implementation records and reports.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Education and Experience:

  • Previous experience in project coordination or similar roles preferred.
  • Knowledge of health plans or insurance industry a plus.
  • Knowledge of health-related data and analytics a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to life up to 15 lbs at a time
  • Able to sit and work on a computer for long periods of time
