Newborn Nurses /The NBN Group, is looking for a talented college graduate just joining the job market to join our team as a Recruiter! No experience is necessary, we will train you!

Do you enjoy helping people? The ideal candidate will be high energy, and will look forward to finding nurses take for critically ill children. This is a very exciting opportunity for a Recruiter who enjoys a variety of responsibilities.

The responsibilities of this position are:

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies that will support the staffing of our clients and company growth
• Interview potential candidates for open roles
• Perform Background checks, obtain references and credentials
• Conducting chart audits on active employees to help collect credentials
• Participating in new hire orientation
• Have fun while helping children and families get the services they need!
