Department of Elementary & Secondary Education, with at least five years of successful teaching experience or administrative experience at the primary level.2.Evidence of administrative and leadership ability.3.Evidence of capacity and disposition to work cooperatively with pupils, parents, teachers, staff, and school administrators. 4.Demonstrated knowledge of the Elementary School Concept highly preferred.5.History of outstanding attendance at work and school activities.6.Familiarity with No Child Left Behind rules and regulations, School Improvement Planning and IDEA.REPORTS TO: School PrincipalJOB GOAL: To assist the principal in fulfilling his/her chief responsibility of promoting the educational well-being of each student in the school.
