Campus Enterprises Mission: Campus Enterprises is NC State's division of retail and hospitality organizations. Each unit shares a common goal: deliver quality and efficient services with dedicated financial support for student activities and scholarships.
Purpose: The primary purpose of the Graphic Design Assistant is to assist the Campus Enterprises (CE) Marketing team with their graphic design needs, photography assistance and digital asset management. The primary work location will be within Talley Student Union.
Pay Range: Starting at $11.50 per hour
Work Schedule: Flexible 10-20 hours per week.

Essential functions and responsibilities include but not limited to:As a Graphic Design Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Campus Enterprises Marketing team by creating eye-catching designs, assisting with photography, and managing digital assets. Your work will help promote various events and services for NC State University.
Key Responsibilities: Create compelling designs for social media, flyers and other promotional materials. Assist in event and product photography. Organize digital assets in a clear and accessible manner. Ensure compliance with university and departmental brand standards.
Preferred SkillsFoundational knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoshopBasic Knowledge of digital photographyFamiliarity and Google WorkspaceStrong organizational and time management skills
