As a thriving management company, we are in search of a talented and skilled Contractor/Maintenance/Handyman to join our team in Springfield area since we management properties in Dayton and Columbus areas. This individual must be proficient in performing a wide range of tasks, from minor fixes like replacing a sink to major projects like remodeling a kitchen.

Key skills and experience required include:

• Drywall replacement or repair
• Painting
• Replacement of flooring and kitchen counters
• Installation of fixtures such as light fixtures, ceiling fans
• Installation and repair of appliances such as dishwasher, washer, dryer, and garbage disposal
• Minor plumbing and electrical tasks

We are seeking a candidate who is not only skillful but also highly organized. This person should have the ability to provide precise estimates, including material costs, labor costs, and overhead. You should also possess your own set of professional-grade tools. Reliability is paramount in this role as we need someone we can count on to consistently deliver quality work for our customers.

This position also requires the management of a skilled helper for projects of varying sizes. Occasional after-hours maintenance may be necessary, so flexibility and a strong work ethic are a must.

The ideal candidate should be an experienced professional who can handle a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail. You should have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and be able to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

We offer a starting pay of $54,000 a year, along with a benefits package including:
