Job Description
- Must have strong analytic skills
- Must be computer literate (MS Office Suite, Scheduling software, etc.)
- 4-year BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or experience equivalent required
- Have a minimum of 3-years previous experience estimating commercial, multifamily, retail, industrial.
- Be a team player
- Highly organized
- Demonstrate a take-charge attitude.
- Design Build, or negotiated GMP.
- 100% take offs from our estimators then dialing in cost models based on our in house models or from local subcontractors.
- Needs to understand conceptual estimating and establishing a baseline then taking it through many iterations (design progressions).
