Description: Responsible for providing clerical and programmatic support. Must have office/secretarial experience.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Computer experience; above average computer, typing, spelling, and grammar skills; ability to work independently, oral and written communication skills; record keeping and organizational abilities; knowledge of office machines, practices, and procedures.
Job Requirements: Typical work hours Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:00 p.m. unless 4 day/10 hour schedule is approved; overnight travel as needed; valid driver’s license; vehicle with adequate insurance coverage for on the job use; safe driving record; State and Federal Bureau of Investigation Criminal History Check; Sex Offender Registry Check; Protective Services Record Check; initial Health Assessment and required updates; prior to hire TB Risk Assessment or TB screening by Mantoux method and thereafter as applicable; first aid card; food handlers card, and CPR card.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employees occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hand, drive an automobile, talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 15 pounds.
