ND State Parks – multiple locations (listed below) – Grounds Keeper

Full-time/Part-time (15-40 hours/week)

Are you passionate about the outdoors? Help showcase the beauty of your favorite state park as a Grounds Keeper with ND Parks and Recreation. In this role, you’ll perform grounds keeping, trail upkeep, native landscaping, as well as equipment and facilities maintenance.

Your role even may include working in a marina or around horses. Because ND State Parks parks are open to visitors 24/7, you may be required to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Work experience in ground maintenance, including tasks such as landscaping and trails maintenance
• Willingness to learn to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs
• 16 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
