NDH Advisors LLC (“NDH”) is a Chicago-headquartered public accounting firm offering best-in-class tax, accounting, and personal finance services to dynamic businesses, high net-worth individuals, and family offices throughout the United States. With offices in Chicago, Kansas City, Houston, Philadelphia, and a strategic affiliate in Santa Barbara, we are seeking an energetic accounting professional to support our growing practice. The candidate must have a strong work ethic, exceptional leadership qualities, and at least five years’ accounting experience. Excellent communication skills are required.

The candidate will work in the Santa Barbara office and report to local leadership while working directly with clients to provide financial accounting and consulting services. Candidates should enjoy working in a deadline driven environment with demanding clients.

We are accepting resumes consistent with the following background and ability:

• Accounting degree from an accredited four-year university;
• 5 years’ experience in an accounting position;
• Ability to efficiently review financial statements for accuracy and overall presentation;
• Success in prior work experience with the ability to self-manage, prioritize assignments, and interface with clients;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complicated matters to clients;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines while multi-tasking;
• Enthusiasm for technical topics and interest in learning opportunities via research, CPE, and discussions with peers;
• Passion for a culture of positivity and respect;
• Eager to seek new projects; and
• Recognizes strengths and weaknesses and appreciates peer feedback.
