Inventory Management Logistics Support
NDI Engineering Company is seeking a full-time Inventory Management Logistics Support person to join our team in Philadelphia and supporting the US Navy Engineering Test Site.
The candidate should have an understanding and/or have Navy inventory and supply support procedures and processes in an industrial environment (Navy experience a plus).The candidate should be proficient in reading and following procedures, exceptional configuration control track changes, and be organized and punctual in maintaining excel trackers and report documents.
The candidate will be proficient in working with computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe.
A willingness to learn and collaborate in high-involvement work team environment.
Job Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
Must be a US citizen and able to qualify for a DoD Secret clearance.
High School diploma, Technical School Certificate desired by not required, or related Military experience.
Estimated five (5) years of experience as an engineering technician supporting Navy Hull, Machinery & Electrical systems/equipment; estimated two (2) of those years shall demonstrate experience working with logistics documentation supporting supply programs or projects.
This work is NOT remote. Working at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center (Philadelphia, PA) is required.
Good verbal and written communications skills along with ability to implement feedback from engineers, follow work instructions and work somewhat independently are highly desirable traits.
