Nearterm is Hiring a Director of Revenue Cycle Near Hampton, NH

Are you an upbeat, analytical revenue cycle leader that bridges the gap between revenue cycle and other operational departments? Do you value autonomy? Want to join an organization with a great reputation that is nationally recognized? If so, we want to hear from YOU! Our client is a thriving, established healthcare provider that is seeking a proven Revenue Cycle Director! This is a HYBRID role that will come on-site at least 2 days/week, solve payer contracting issues, provide a framework for the department, and mentor their team to get to where they want!

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5 years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience.
  • Deep understanding of rules, regulations and compliance so they collect everything they’re supposed to.
  • The ability to interface effectively with operational leaders across the organization.
  • Experience bridging communication and fostering relationships between revenue cycle and other departments.
  • Experience with analysis, data, and RCM best practices to create framework and structure for their team.
  • Positive, energetic, and upbeat personality.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
