- Use the phone or computer to direct crews and other field units to the appropriate sites
- Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency
- Supervise the route and status of field units to prioritize their daily schedule
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed.
- Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Attend training as provided and required for professional growth.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager.

- 2 years’ Service Titan Dispatching Experience
