Responsibilities Overview:

• Collaborate with VP of Operations and CEO to develop and implement the Operations Vision/Plan for world-class excellence.
• Drive Revenue Growth with existing client roster, as well as new business outreach.
• Lead strategic initiatives to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and drive a positive work cultural.
• Execute operational planning, budgeting, safety measures, and profitability targets.
• Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including workforce management, resource allocation, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with seasoned Account Managers to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Conduct performance evaluations, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation as an industry leader.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of operations experience preferred, with a proven track record of success.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, budgeting, and digital estimating systems.
• Familiarity with Aspire software is advantageous.
• Landscape and pesticide application certifications are desirable but not required.
• Valid US driver's license or CDL.
• Availability during holidays and weekends, especially during snow season, as needed.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their highest potential.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for process improvement.
