The Application Data Analyst Will Be Responsible For Supporting
  • Workday reporting, integrations, dashboards and worklets builds/maintenance.
  • Development of statistical data driven reports for both Supply Chain Management and Finance.
  • Data Integrations from various sources to meet strategic and operational needs.
  • Work with stakeholders to help develop and maximize existing processes.
  • Proactively work with the team to continuously improve system configuration and report to advance the quality of information provided to stakeholders.
  • Understand basic database architecture, tables, and functional interactions, recognizing and understanding the impacts to downstream systems.
  • Setup scheduled reports and understand the required permissions for report sharing and support the various reporting types.
  • Manage the troubleshooting and maintenance of Supply Chain mobile devices used for inventory management.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions
  • Provides support in daily and on-going projects across functional areas.
  • Understand and assist in creating role/user segment based security groups.
  • Develop and setup scheduled reports and understand the required permissions for report sharing between functional areas.
  • Assist with Bi-Annual Workday release and implementation.
  • Work with the data science team on cross collaborative projects required to meet business requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to help develop and maximize existing processes.

Job DescriptionJob ResponsibilitiesEducation
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, and Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience required.
Experience
  • 5 years’ experience with extended knowledge of the health care industry, preferably with a working knowledge of ERP Systems required.
  • Experience in working with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure project success required.
  • Working knowledge of database reporting and analysis tools including Microsoft Excel required.
  • Working knowledge of information technology systems and finance procedures is preferred.
  • Experience in Workday is preferred.
License/Certifications
  • Valid and current driver's license required.

  • Ability to multitask, establish priorities and set/meet deadlines.
  • Accustomed to working in a complex, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills including effective interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of ERP system, processes, reporting, collaborative structures and security.
  • Ability to understand how current business systems interact with each other in order to establish data connections and interactions that will advance efficiencies within the health system.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, required.
  • Working knowledge of database reporting and analysis tools including Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to perform statistical and financial analysis as required.
