We are currently seeking a proactive route representative to oversee the delivery of linen products to nearby restaurants, colleges, and assisted living facilities along a specific route.

Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00
(Salary offers take into account factors such as skills, training, experience, education, and certifications, as well as market and organizational factors. Performance-based bonuses may also be available)
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver products safely and efficiently to customers using a route delivery vehicle.
- Engage in heavy lifting and manual labor, including loading and unloading trucks, as well as carrying materials that weigh up to 50 pounds for several hours per day.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Deliver excellent customer service by communicating with customers and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road and at customer locations.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance as needed.
Skills for the Job:
- Valid driver's license
- Experience driving a commercial vehicle preferred, specifically Sprinters or Step Vans
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, promoting cooperation, collaboration, and flexibility in working with others
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated, and work independently as a responsible and dependable performer
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay & Benefits:

1 Week of Sick Time & Vacation after 6 Months of Employment
Day range: Weekdays (Either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, depends on the route)
Shift:Early Morning/Day shift - Start Time 6:00am
Education:High school or equivalent
License/Certification:Driver's License (Required)
Shift availability: Early Morning/Day Shift (Required)
Training: Training can last up to 30-45 days.
