Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in real estate and/or lending.

Duties:

- Process real estate transactions and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate

- Review contracts and verify terms and conditions

- Collaborate with real estate agents and loan officers to facilitate timely closings

Requirements:

- Ability to work collaboratively with a team

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Experience as escrow or loan processor

- Understanding of escrow processes
