The International Student Advisor/DSO provides direct non-immigrant-related advising and information for maintenance-of-status to F1 international students at the college. Additionally, the International Student Advisor/DSO upholds Department of Homeland Security’s Student and Exchange Visitor Program regulations and reporting cycles required by SEVP. Finally, the International Student Advisor/DSO advocates for F1 student life cycle needs and supports the educational, cultural, and social needs of F1 students through appropriate programming.
