Position Summary:

Necco has an opportunity for a career as IT Support Specialist Intern. This position will add the most value by increasing the Service Delivery Team’s ability to deliver projects.

The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:

IT Support and Troubleshooting

• Provide support and basic system diagnostics to all service offices
• Assist SDL in providing consistent and timely support to our staff, through either primary or third-party tools
• Assist IT Support Specialist with any IT needs within HQ and surrounding offices

Position Qualifications

• Some college preferred
• Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across multiple functions and organization levels
• Knowledge in Microsoft Products, Windows, Mac, and Smartsheet
• Excellent written, oral communication, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
• Travel/Training Willingness
• Willingness to Learn
