Our team is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Farm Worker to play a pivotal role in our operations. From greenhouse operations to property upkeep, planting, harvesting, and ensuring the farm remains pristine and safe, your contributions will be integral. If you have experience with riding lawnmowers, tractors, skid steers, and excavators, that's an added bonus!
Responsibilities:
- Engage in greenhouse operations like planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops.
- Tackle heavy lifting tasks, from moving rocks to transporting materials across the farm.
- Master the operation of irrigation systems for optimal crop watering.
- Maintain farm equipment and machinery, showcasing your skills in equipment upkeep.
- Dive into garden and property maintenance tasks such as weeding, pruning, and ensuring everything is in top shape.
- Create a haven with a clean, safe, and well-kept farm environment.
- Showcase a dedicated work ethic and commitment to efficiently completing tasks.
- Embrace full-time hours (40 or more as needed) with enthusiasm for planting, harvesting, and all farm-related activities.
- Previous experience is advantageous, but a passion for agriculture is what we truly seek.
- Ready for physical tasks, outdoor work, and demonstrating your skills with riding lawnmowers and other equipment.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Bring your reliable transportation and strong time management skills to the team.
