Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commissioned Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and an understanding of the sales process we are NOT HIRING IN THE FOLLOWING STATES Hawaii, Alaska, Utah, Michigan, Massachusetts
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and metrics
- Overcome customer objections to close sales
- Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the alcohol spirits industry
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to overcome objections and close sales
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Compensation
This is a commission-based position. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
