Responsibilities
Overseeing full function and adequate operations, treatment and disposal of wastewater in the plant. Support management in hiring, training, and coaching subordinate team members. Committed to excel in support of wastewater controls and meeting corporate mandates as required.
Qualifications
Education: Collage degree preferred in Agronomy, BM,BA, BSM, Plant Soil, Agriculture.
Experience: 2 plus years in supervisory role.
Essential Functions
Ensure consistent flow and temperates of wastewater is adequate at the plant.
Support in directing wastewater program needs, such as ensuring clean filters.
Assist in developing and updating control mechanisms such as SOPs or other local policies.
Maintain and ensure proper required documentation and equipment for wastewater within ISO mandate.
Purchase supplies of wastewater program as needed.
Schedule, support, train, supervise and coach wastewater team.
