PURPOSE OF JOBIdentify new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering innovative design solutions tailored to the unique needs of clients in the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries. Responsibilities
Position our design services as solutions that align with the specific requirements and objectives of MedTech and Pharma clients
Conduct in-person visits to potential business partners, presenting and selling the benefits of our design services solutions
Drive new business opportunities "hunting" sales approach – Cold Calling
Maximizing sales opportunities with existing clients
Generating new sales and creating new business opportunities
Maintaining customer relationships and managing existing clients
Delivering to customer visits and sales targets
Run an effective end to end sales process
RequirementsEDUCATION:
Educational background in Biomedicine or Engineering
EXPERIENCE:
3 – 5 years of experience in Engineering/MedTech or Pharma
5 – 10 years of experience in Sales, ideally winning new customers
Previous experience working with CRMs (Hubspot or Salesforce)
OTHER:
Willingness to travel as needed across the US to meet with clients and occasionally to Ireland/Europe to attend events

Great listening and questioning skills
Good stakeholder management skills
Analytical and data orientated
Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market environment
