Needletech Products is Hiring a Design Services Account Executive Near Boston, MA
- Position our design services as solutions that align with the specific requirements and objectives of MedTech and Pharma clients.
- Conduct in-person visits to potential business partners, presenting and selling the benefits of our design services solutions.
- Drive new business opportunities "hunting" sales approach – Cold Calling.
- Maximizing sales opportunities with existing clients.
- Generating new sales and creating new business opportunities.
- Maintaining customer relationships and managing existing clients.
- Delivering to customer visits and sales targets.
- Run an effective end to end sales process.
- Educational background in Biomedicine or Engineering.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Engineering/MedTech or Pharma.
- 5 – 10 years of experience in Sales, ideally winning new customers.
- Previous experience working with CRMs (Hubspot or Salesforce)
- Willingness to travel as needed across the US to meet with clients and occasionally to Ireland/Europe to attend events.
- Great listening and questioning skills.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and data orientated.
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market environment.
