Neel-Schaffer seeks responses from qualified applicants for the position of Project Engineer/Manager to work in our Pascagoula (MS) location. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in construction administration on a variety of civil projects. These projects primarily include transportation, drainage, and utility systems for local and state governmental entities.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- 10 years of construction engineering experience on general civil projects, including water, sewer, drainage and roadway projects
- Experience leading and managing inspection staff is advantageous
- Strong verbal communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Valid driver’s license
