Neighborhood House Charter School is Hiring a Special Education Teacher - HS Leave Replacement Near Boston, MA
What is the Special Education Teacher role? As a Special Education Teacher you care deeply about the success of your students and create strong relationships to leverage success both in and out of the classroom. You understand the demands of an inclusion classroom and create a positive learning environment through consistency and authenticity. You are excited about understanding an individual scholar’s unique learning style and supporting them in their academic growth and development.
You will work at our Centre St. campus supporting scholars on IEPs. The hours are Monday - Friday, 7:45 a.m. - 4 p.m. This is a leave replacement position from the start of the school year until the end of the leave, which we are estimating will be sometime in mid-November. Someone coming to us with two years of previous experience and a master’s degree can expect to make $67,500.
