Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to coordinate and oversee the business development program to include coordination executing innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising sales, market research, content marketing, advertising, copywriting, SEO, and budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels
- Manage advertising campaigns to optimize reach and ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives
- Analyze market trends and conduct research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals
Requirements
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership role
- Proficiency in HTML5, Adobe Creative Suite, SEO best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated success in budget management and achieving marketing KPIs
