Compensation: $22.26/hr

Hours: Part-time, 20-25 hours/week

Benefits: Employee Assistance Program, sick leave accrual, vacation accrual, plus 14 paid Holidays annually

NeighborImpact HomeSource Overview

The NeighborImpact HomeSource program is a comprehensive initiative designed to support individuals in achieving and maintaining homeownership. It offers a range of services including home buyer education, financial fitness classes, and matched savings programs, as well as counseling for foreclosure and reverse mortgages. The program aims to strengthen household finances and provide the skills and knowledge necessary to obtain, sustain, and protect one's home. 

Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The role serves as the initial contact for all HomeSource programs, managing triage, referrals, appointment setting, and client follow-ups. This position processes, evaluates, and confirms client applications and financial documents, and data entry into various databases. Additionally, the role provides administrative support to the HomeSource Director and Specialists, assists with special projects as assigned, and contributes to the daily functioning of the program. Career progression to a financial coach or housing counselor is available upon passing the HUD exam. This is an onsite, in-person position. 

Requirements

· High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred

· Bilingual in English/Spanish required

· Experience with Internet applications, Microsoft Office applications and data entry required 

· Two years of related work experience required, any financial or housing industry experience preferred

· Notary certification required within 90 days of hire

· Required prior to date of hire and throughout employment:

- Valid driver’s license

- Proof of current auto insurance

- Access to reliable transportation

- Satisfactory criminal background check
