Neighbors NY, a home care company in Queensbury, is looking for an RN to learn our business and work with our current P/T Clinical Supervisor to ensure that our licensed home care clients receive the appropriate care. Job entails performing initial assessments, preparing care plans, visiting clients in their homes to reassess their situations, overseeing HHAs and PCAs on our staff, and maintaining paperwork to meet DOH standards. Qualifications
- RN license
-Some management and supervising experience
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
- Ability to develop and implement care plans
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
