Your Role

As the ECommerce Logistics Coordinator, you will provide both the tactical and reporting elements of customer delivery standards for each carrier. Your daily activities will include collaborating with business partners and stakeholders to research and process shipment data, as well as actively support various department initiatives designed to cut costs and improve efficiencies. You will report to the Logistics Project Manager and work remotely.

What You'll Do 

  • You will function as a liaison between the Logistics department and the external carriers/vendors by monitoring daily carrier pick-ups, linehaul, delivery exceptions and transit standards.
  • You will leverage department metrics into actionable improvements to current processes.
  • You will perform research and analysis of customer shipments to help determine appropriate actions needed.
  • You will produce and distribute department reports to various groups/stakeholders within Supply Chain network visibility.
  • You will provide analysis weekly and monthly for carrier metrics with cost, transit, and claim data.
  • You will provide additional ad-hoc reporting and analysis for Logistics team.
  • You will work cross-functionally and will present data analysis to multiple groups and teams both internal to Neiman Marcus and external carriers/vendors.
  • You will demonstrate attention to detail and ability to challenge and streamline existing processes.
  • You will be flexible and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment with ability to handle multiple workstreams at once.
  • You will demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • You will actively support team projects and effectively communicate with team members.

What You Bring 

  • You will provide advanced Excel knowledge including but not limited to pivot tables, slicers, complex functions and formulas.
  • You will demonstrate advanced Office 365 experience (Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.)
  • Tableau or similar data visualization platform experience a plus.
  • Microsoft Visio experience a plus.
  • You will demonstrate excellent problem solving and analytical ability.
  • You will exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
