Responsibilities- Meet New Business production goals and objectives as established
- Solicit New Business via phone, networking, and lead sources
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements
- Must have Property & Casualty license and pass a background check prior to employment .
- Excellent communication /interpersonal skills
- Work well as a team player and independently
- Must be reliable, dependable and accountable
