Franchise Sales Coordinator Job Details Level Experienced Job Location CA Corporate - Santa Ana, CA Position Type Full Time Education Level 4 Year Degree Travel Percentage Up to 25% Job Shift Day Job Category Sales Description Support the Franchise Sales Team in all aspects of the discovery process for prospective Franchisees.
Analyze business data and utilize mapping tool to manage the franchise territory selection process
Prepare Franchise Agreements for all new franchisees; preparation of other Agreements as necessary
Administrate Customer Relationship Management tool and ensure documentation is recorded appropriately
Process new Franchisees information into CRM and complete tasks in preparation for training class
Manage weekly webinars and weekly calendars
Produce weekly business updates for the senior team
Research and implement new direct lead sources
Manage contact lists in CRM email marketing platform
Process new Franchise partner information into CRM and complete tasks in preparation for training class
Liaise with in-house counsel to manage the annual review of the legal Franchise Disclosure Document which is presented to prospective buyers
Deliver annual survey of all existing franchise partners, analyzing data to create an insightful Financial Performance Representation report to use as a sales brochure for prospective buyers
Perform other tasks, duties, and special projects as directed by the VP of Franchise Operations
Qualifications High Administrative Capabilities
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related 4-year degree
Exceptional Organizational skills, Ability to Prioritize and High Attention to Detail
Excellent Communication skills and ability to build relationships
Familiarity and Competency working in Team Environments and supporting others
Superior Time Management skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook as well as capability to quickly learn and adapt to using new technology in administering daily responsibilities
Experience with Management software a definite plus
Familiarity with or direct experience in franchising sales and/or operations preferred but not required.
Experience using technology to manage a position
