The Operations Support Associate is a dynamic role, and this person will be responsible for many tasks. You must have a positive attitude and be able to communicate well with team members and customers alike. The ability to prioritize tasks in order of importance and urgency is required. You will be responsible for the transfer and movement of all products, including furniture and fabric roles at our store. This person interacts with many different individuals within the departments in the company, as well as our customers. The ability to take direction from various team members is important. The ability to work independently and in a team environment are also very helpful. You must be self-motivated and have exceptional organizational skills. You must be able to lift 100 pounds. Light custodial duties will be required. The job duties of this role include packing and shipping online packages, and entering tracking information into our system. The ability to process and enter information accurately is important, thus requiring some computer skills. You will spend long periods of time on your feet for much of the day. You must keep the product neat and organized so that it is ready to display when our visual team needs the products, or our Design team is ready to change the look in our store. You will organize the furniture that customers have purchased for pickup, and assist them to load it into there vehicles. You must work with a sense of urgency, and be able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced but fun environment. Dependability is a high priority to us. Being on time is required. This is a full-time role with hours from 10AM - 6PM Tuesday through Saturday. We are looking for someone who can work with our support team to provide exceptional customer service, and have a civil, polite attitude toward supervisors and fellow team members.
