The lead curriculum developers and instructors shall report to the Project Manager.

Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a mass communications, journalism, or media related field.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in public affairs.
- At least one year of directly related experience developing curricula or training courses on communication strategy, public sentiment, public relations, digital media, broadcast media, media law, or media ethics.
- U.S. citizen or national.
- Knowledge in leveraging effective relationships with foreign audiences and military commands.
- French proficiency of DLPT 3/ 3.
