Job Description

The Truck Driver / System Operator (DSO) must be qualified to perform fuel servicing operations (refuel / defuel) by mobile fuel servicing equipment / trucks, portable pantograph, hose sets, and fixed direct fuel servicing systems (hydrants).

• DSOs may be required to perform the duties of hot refueling pit operator (deadman control), nozzle operator, or fire watch within a pit operation.
• Drivers must be knowledgeable in the appropriate use of radio procedures.
• NELOGIS will re-certify personnel annually or as required.
• DSOs must be familiar with safety regulations applicable to aviation and ground fuel servicing operations on and around the airfield and supported activities.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are required :

• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug-screening.
• Able to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance
• Current / valid Class "A" license with a Hazmat Endorsement (CDL).
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays to support our operations
