Alpha Paint & Body is the newest division of Nelson Mazda and Nelson Nissan and serves as a critical part of helping us care for our customer base. The Nelson Automotive Group consistently retails 6000 vehicles a year in Tulsa. The Nelson's have been in the automotive space in Tulsa for 60 years and therefore we have thousands of loyal customers.
We have state-of-the art equipment and facilities for our teams. For qualified candidates we would love to do a tour of our operations. We have an endless supply of work because our body shop serves both of our stores in Tulsa.

Our current needs:

• Experienced Body Shop Foreman that can be a player/coach and teach body tech and painting while working and overseeing workflow in the shop.

Compensation: Expect to earn 60k in the first year.
Qualifications:

• Leadership skills are essential. Good communicator. Good core values. We want people who want to lead well and treat people well.
• 3 to 5 years of Auto Body/Paint Experience Required
• Mechanical Aptitude for Body Techs with experience repairing body work and putting the vehicle back together with excellence.
• Great attitude, work ethic and dependability
• Great communication skills because this person will interact with Nelson Mazda and Nelson Nissan staff members and our paint and supply Vendor.
• Valid Driver's license
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend and squat
• Ability to use computers with basic data entry skills - experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
