Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our team. The Title Clerk will be responsible for processing title paperwork and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with the auto industries standards.

Responsibilities:
- Process and review title paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct research to verify fees and proper documentation is correct and current
- Communicate with management and sales team regarding paperwork.
- Utilize specific systems to complete paperwork in a timely manner
- Assist in preparing documents related to automobile titles
- Maintain organized records of all title transactions

-Keeping track of missing titles, corrections, and paperwork regarding titles.

-Communicate with banks regarding lien releases, titles and lien perfections.

Experience:
- Previous experience in title processing or related fields preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with management
- Knowledge of DMV titling preferred
- Proficiency in conducting research and analyzing data
- Experience working in the automotive industry is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
