Executive/Administrative Assistant to CEO
Danville, CA – Hybrid – Part-time
$45 - $50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
· Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
· Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Office Management:
· Oversee general office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including making bank deposits.
· Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Meeting Coordination:
· Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
· Assist in preparing materials for presentations and reports.
Communication:
· Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
· Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO.
Confidentiality:
· Maintain the highest level of confidentiality concerning company matters.
· Handle sensitive information with discretion.
Special Projects:
· Assist the CEO with special projects and initiatives as needed.
· Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
Experience supporting C-level executives is highly desirable.

Technical Proficiency:
· Proficiency with Google Suite (Mail, Calendar, Doc, Sheets, Slides, etc).
· Familiarity with project management.
· Basic understanding of SaaS industry tools and platforms.

This role will start part-time (~20 hours per week) with the potential to turn into a full-time position in 2025.
