We are hiring a Family Law Attorney to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in all aspects of family law cases.

- Conduct legal research and writing.

- Communicate with clients from the initial consult through conclusion of the client’s matter.

- Prepare for and attend client meetings, mediation, hearings, and trials.

- Manage case files and maintain accurate records and logs.

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an attorney in family law.

- Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents.

- Familiarity with court procedures and rules related to family law cases.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

This position requires a candidate who is knowledgeable in family law practices and procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience negotiating settlements and litigating cases in court. The ability to work well under pressure and handle sensitive client matters with professionalism is essential. Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting at $110,000 (depending on experience)
