Nelson Mullins is in search of a Commercial Litigation Staff Attorney to join its Litigation group in either Columbia, South Carolina or Charleston, South Carolina. This is an opportunity for a staff attorney to join an expanding and fast-paced practice that offers a range of litigation services to clients in a variety of industries.

We Know You

You have at least two years of experience in consumer or commercial litigation in a law firm setting or other relevant experience. You are able to draft pleadings, discovery, and other motions and assist discovery investigations and productions. You possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills as well as strong academic credentials. You are admitted to the South Carolina Bar.
