Job Description
Nemours is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Wilmington, DE.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the creation and successful implementation of campaign activities and projects in the areas of search engine optimization, PPC advertising, landing page creation, email marketing and paid social media ads. Responsibilities also include optimizing marketing campaigns, uploading creative and monitoring programs to make sure campaigns are running properly with correct tracking for attribution. This person will join a growing and innovative digital team and will collaborate with business partners across the enterprise on a wide variety of projects.
Essential Functions:

1. Manage online directory listings and ensure accuracy of information displayed.
2. Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for page optimization and improved search visibility.
3. Partner with design and web development teams to make web pages more search engine friendly with respect to page titles, H1-H6 tags, alt text, internal linking, etc.
4. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to guide strategy adjustments.
5. Assist with pulling campaign performance data and format into reports accurately and in a timely manner.
6. Assist with developing and launching new campaigns in addition to maintaining existing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Very strong attention to detail & ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledgeable on search engine optimization at both a national and local level
• Familiarity with pay-per-click advertising strategies and KPIs
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field
• One year of experience in digital marketing preferred
