The Executive Assistant II coordinates utilization of Nemours Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) simulation services in the Delaware Valley; provides support for simulation functions, including budget preparation and management, database entry and maintenance of NICE’s systems integration, teaching/education and research activities, and assists Medical Director of Simulation, Senior Simulation Education Specialist, NICE as required. 

The Executive Assistant II acts as a link connecting departments, vendors, external educational partners, and customers. The Executive Assistant II will work as a team member with other NICE staff by sharing workload, tasks and duties as required to achieve timely results. 

The Executive Assistant II will also participate in departmental programs and supervise volunteer personnel. 

The Executive Assistant II will identify opportunities to improve services, make recommendations and implement actions as appropriate ensuring that these initiatives are consistent with the mission and vision of NICE and Nemours.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of administrative assistant experience required.
• High School Diploma required
