Nemours Children's Health is seeking an experienced Sr. Physician Recruiter to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. This will be a hybrid position. The role will support Physician Recruitment needs across Nemours Children's Health System.

Primary Function:

1. To design, implement and lead the physician recruitment and retention strategy for Nemours, with the objective of hiring the best possible talent for Nemours Medical Staff. Serve as a lead for special projects as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Leadership.
2. Provide Guidance and training to Physician Recruiter staff. 
3. Expert to navigate challenging situation as they arise working with internal partners to resolution.
4. Expert resource to customers, to provide advice and counsel when challenging situations arise.
5. Strategy expert to work with leaders to identify top talent to join Nemours and build strong pipelines to fill future needs.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Min of 1-3 years of In house Physician Recruitment experience required.
