Neo Electrical Solutions is looking for an individual with an interest in the electrical industry. This position will be working within the Airfield division of our company. Our focus is on runway work that includes approach lighting systems, NAV Aid systems, Electrical Vault work and every aspect of a runway lighting system. This is an entry level position with no prior project management experience required.

Our company has doubled in revenue in the last 4 years, and we expect continued growth in 2024-2025.

Responsibilities:

Assisting in bidding airfield projects

Tracking long lead time Material purchases

Data entry, Airfield Inspection logs

Shipping and receiving

Material management

Quoting service repairs

Service job billings

Developing work orders for airfield service calls

Service tracking and scheduling

Prepare Contract/subcontract documents

Project progress reports

Developing project schedules and coordination

Develop Submittal Packages for materials

Track material used in airfield service.

Update service material stock pricing as needed

Read and understand project plans

Material procurement

Occasional site visits or overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications:

Some Aviation background encouraged but not required

Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Email, with additional programs being a plus.

Must be a self-motivated individual with a mind for problem solving and design build situations. Must be detail orientated able to think outside the box to come up with creative cost-effective solutions to the meet the customer’s needs.

Construction Management background preferred
