Mandate Skills :

• Property & Casualty Insurance Domain Knowledge.
• A deep understanding of Guidewire Systems (PC, BC & CC).
• This includes knowledge of configuration, customization, and integration aspects.
• Guidewire automation framework(is an added advantage only).

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Guidewire Systems (PC, BC & CC).
• Coordinate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Lead a team of testers and provide guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure successful testing outcomes.
• Conduct test execution, including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing as needed.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, including prioritization and escalation of critical issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and address software quality issues early in the development lifecycle.
• Prepare test reports and metrics to track testing progress, identify risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to Guidewire testing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
