Position Summary
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Supply Chain Planning to lead our supply chain planning function at Neogene. The Senior Director will develop comprehensive supply chain strategies to ensure efficient delivery of cell therapy products from manufacturing through distribution. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of cell therapy products to meet patient needs.
• Lead the development of demand forecasts for cell therapy products, applying historical data, market trends, and input from teams to optimize inventory levels and production planning.
• Implement inventory management best practices to minimize excess and obsolete inventory while ensuring raw material availability to meet demand and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Operations teams to develop capacity plans that increase resource utilization, minimize lead times, and maximize throughput while maintaining product quality and compliance.
• Partner with Procurement and suppliers to ensure and reliable delivery of raw materials and services required for cell therapy manufacturing, mitigating supply chain risks and optimizing costs.
• Work with teams, including Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Commercial Operations, to align supply chain planning activities with goals and priorities.
• Improve programs to enhance supply chain efficiency, implementing best practices, process improvements, and technology solutions.
• Establish metrics to monitor and evaluate supply chain performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving accountability across the organization.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Lead a supply chain planning team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to foster individual growth and collective success.
• Support overall leadership and change management of a growing supply chain organization. Other responsibilities as needed.

Required Abilities

• Expertise in developing supply chain strategies that optimize inventory levels, production efficiency, and customer service levels.
• Demonstrated communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams towards common goals.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience building teams in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning systems, such as ERP systems, demand planning tools, and inventory optimization software.
• Develop advanced concepts, techniques, and standards. Develop new applications based on professional principles and theories.
• Work under consultative direction toward long-range objectives that have a significant impact on our company.
• Decisions often affect the financial, employee, or public relations posture of the organization.
• Be a prime consultant and external spokesperson for us on matters relating to policies, programs, capabilities, and long- range goals.
• Determine organizational objectives and interprets company policies. Completed work is reviewed, from a relatively long-term perspective.
• Establish organizational policies in a major segment of the company. Interpret, executes, and recommends modifications to company-wide policies.

Education and Experience

• 14 years with BS/BA; 12 years with MS/MA or MBA, or 10 years with PhD.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree,
• 11 years of management experience
• Experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with specific experience in cell therapy highly desirable.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $205,000 to $241,000. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related experience. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and we reserve the right to modify base salary (and any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
