NEOTISS, a world leader in welded and low-finned tubes, serves industrial markets including AHR, Nuclear and Fossil Power Generation, Hydrocarbon Processing, and Aerospace. NEOTISS manufactures tubes in titanium, as well austenitic, ferritic, and duplex stainless steels in a wide range of dimensions. Tubes can be smooth or with enhanced surface (low-finned, inner-ribbed, etc.) and either straight or U-bent with lengths up to 80 feet.

PRIMARY FUNCTION

In a business growing context, your role will be to create opportunities, influence and provoke decisions, and sell the Neotiss products to clients located across North America. The position can be remote located near a major US airport. Preferred locations are Houston TX and Morristown TN.

The position will combine sales, business development, and marketing activities. Customers portfolio will include small, medium, or large size companies from different markets such as HVAC, Industrial Refrigeration, Chemical Processing, Energy, and Aquaculture.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND SPECIFIC DUTIES

  • Identify and track all new business opportunities
  • Develop and meet sales forecasts
  • Maintain market intelligence
  • Provide strategic analysis of future market trends and requirements
  • Develop pricing strategy
  • Assure projects and orders follow terms and condition requirements
  • Develop winning engineered solutions with technical support to satisfy customer emerging needs
  • Manage interface between customers and in-house functions (engineering, production, etc.)
  • Develop a sound understanding of the company’s manufacturing processes and capabilities and leverage these capabilities into high margin business opportunities
  • Develop, lead and work with R&D on innovation projects for future growth
  • Performs other similar and related duties as requested or assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience (5-10 years) with a strong technical and sales background and a proven track record in sales, ideally from one of the industrial markets listed above
  • Ability to develop a client portfolio from zero
  • Strong business acumen, hunter profile, and thorough understanding of the sales process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Good empathy, humility, adaptability, and curiosity
  • Capable of functioning in semi-autonomous conditions
  • The position requires regular travels (Up to 50%)


ACCOUNTABILITY

Responsible for outside sales, including the development of new customers and markets within North America. Also assists management in creating pricing structures/strategies for each product and all facets of customer support associates with the sales process.
