The Role
Our people are our most important asset and we are looking for a strategic and experienced People
Business Partner to play a key role in managing our human resources initiatives. This position involves
leading various HR functions, mentoring junior HR staff, and acting as a primary HR contact for business
leaders and employees.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in guiding the company through all phases of the
employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, benefits, L&D, employee relations
and people management, ensuring alignment with our business objectives while fostering a positive
work environment.
