We support our clients around the world with 34 offices in 18 countries. In the UK, we have a full-service
operation with a host of on-site facilities including an XR studio, green screen studio and remote
production suite located in London, Gatwick.

The Role

Our people are our most important asset and we are looking for a strategic and experienced People
Business Partner to play a key role in managing our human resources initiatives. This position involves
leading various HR functions, mentoring junior HR staff, and acting as a primary HR contact for business
leaders and employees.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in guiding the company through all phases of the
employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, benefits, L&D, employee relations
and people management, ensuring alignment with our business objectives while fostering a positive
work environment.
