NEP GROUP is Hiring a Senior Manager, Commercial Finance Near Los Angeles, CA
PurposeNEP Group is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to support the sales team in forecasting / budget management as well as pricing development and investment analysis. This is an exceptional opportunity to have high impact through driving financial, commercial, and operational change in a fast paced environment for new product offerings. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities

- Lead the financial planning and analysis process for a set of product offerings across the US.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive efficiencies and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for the commercial department.
- 7 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles, preferably in the tech or service industry
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a commercial finance role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Hybrid position with 2-3 days in office
- Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role is a plus.
